  Hosting rule:

  Check in is at 14:00H, check out at 12:00H, any exception is subject to confirmation before arrival / departure and subject to availability.
  The distribution of meals is as follows: the day of check-in includes lunch and dinner, the day of check-out includes breakfast, if necessary and subject to availability lunch can be booked and paid extra at the latest during the last night of your stay.
  The number of people and their age must be in accordance with those in the confirmation of your reservation, otherwise people not included will be charged extra according to price and availability provided that the capacity is not exceeded.

  We would like to inform you that until June 30, 2025, small aesthetic renovation works will be carried out in some rooms, only during the day. These works are discreet, and carried out with care, without disturbing the comfort of our guests.

  We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your understanding. These improvements are part of our continuous commitment to make your stay always more enjoyable, with rooms refreshed and comfortable year after year.

  Payment Method:

  The amount prepaid at the time of booking is non-refundable even in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.

  The cancellation conditions:

  Room reservations cannot be canceled and/or modified for any reason whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, there or the rooms, the associated meals and/or other additional extras cannot be canceled, modified or refunded (including any "no-show"). These cancellation fees must compensate the hotel and do not concern any service.

  Non-arrival at the hotel (NO SHOW) :

  If you do not show up at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, the entire prepayment is non-refundable.

  Modification of the stay :

  In case of early departure, you are required to pay the full prepaid amount.
